oh yea and when a cop jumps out from behind a tree and waves you over to show you the radar where it says you were going 90k's in a 60 (when you were only doing about 50)
if you can't blag your way out of it by just being slow/pretending not to understand, starring match etc - the going rate is 5,000 colones, don't go to 10,000 or they will expect that from everyone!
