Ahh, I am beginning to understand what you are saying here, sorry, the site your are at it is streaming them, I see. Either their Real Server is overloaded, or the stream size is much larger than your connection, I guess.
Most sites that use Real (me too) just make them downloadable in the members section. You can view them or save them.
I was speaking about the media in general, not the streaming server. I never tried that one myself.
