Black and hispanic guys tend to like big butts, while caucasian guys tend to like them smaller and focus more on boobs. The one exception to this I've observed is Irish men, who tend to favor big booty despite their whiteness. Generally, though, the rule of thumb is that big booty lust among males tends to increase with darkness of skin. And, yes, I am a professional bootyologist, licensed to practice in all fifty states and the District of Columbia.
