Only once. I can't comment on the amounts used because it was given to me by a friend who got it from an old lady who bakes all kinds of stuff with cannabutter. By all accounts, it was pretty potent.
For me, it was very, very different from vaporizing (I do not smoke)
It is a much, much, much more physical high. I was so out of it that it was hard to move at times, and the very mild visual effects you might normally get were intensified to the point where I saw patterns in just about everything... carpet, walls, etc. I would describe it as a much more "trippy" experience and not something I would want to do regularly or that I would do on a night when I planned to go out or socialize.
Oh yeah, it also lasted a lot longer. I still felt high and a bit out of it the next morning.
