This is correct.
Quite a few people don't react to it well but I would say the majority do. It's an atypical opioid, synthetic opiate, works in a similar way to codeine but not quite.
I can work quite easily on it, great fun every now and then (doesn't fuck you up too much, just makes you really happy - that's if you take it when you're healthy). Way lighter on the system for me than actual opiates.
Only downside is I can't get it up after 400mg of Tramadol and a few drinks... Ah well, can't have it all ;)
