I have a few hundred names with Fabulous. I use Enom primarily, because it manages DNS well. If not for that, I would've moved everything to Fabulous. It was started by Dean Shannon (TheGeneral / Intergal) if you know who that is, a successful Adult Industry veteran. It's located in Australia. I don't know how they handle consumer complaints, never had that issue before with them.
