Sounds like they are building this big machine that they don't really know what can do, yet they are allmost sure it can't be harmfull.. Well, won't be anyone left to sue them anyways i guess *lol*

So he has no idea if it will create black holes, yet he knows for sure that if it does they will quickly evaporate.
