I don't see "Goddess" listed.

Usually I get the "Ma'm" or "Miss" I don't mind either and it shows class IMO

At least I hope it does since it's what I always say.....Oh, and men I always call "Sir" no matter what their age unless I'm addressing a formal letter to a child in which case they are Master Firstname Lastname
