I think it's indeed a reference to walking on the clouds but about it also being brief... googled a bit and besides the engraved artwork, there's a book and a movie that very likely took the title from the engravery (sorry, english not my first language and can't seem to find the word for said form of art
) - yet also have a second title as "Under the sun of Provence" so yeah
I don't think it means anything in particular other than the meaning it has itself as a sentence.
