The band is suing me for trademark and copyright breaches. They went to Warner International and are really pursuing this. There was no intention to use the 4 letters, its a mere coincidence. it is impossible to confuse the two.
It's like godaddy suing gofuckyourself for using the word "go", or vice versa. Ridicules.
Do you think these guys stand a chance? I did a lot of research and there really isn't anything they can do from what I've read. And I can think of at least 15 sites or organizations that use the 4 letter combination.
I'd appreciate any advice. They emailed me and CC'd my registrar, Godaddy.com. And I'm worried how godaddy might react to this. They cant shut me down unless it's proved right?
Thanks guys.
