Why do people think they can just grab other people's music and drop it on their videos?
There are a lot of sites/companies in the Asian niche doing that - I get pissed because I spend thousands of dollars licensing stock music, while others simply steal hit music, and then they simply say oh noes when they get caught...
In this instance, it is hard to make the case that it is non-commercial (even though that is still illegal), since "she" supposedly states (even though it's written in the third person), "Nina Kay giving an example of what will be on her webcam chats on her website NaughtyNinaKay.com"
I only asked you, because your company runs the NaughtyNinaKay site, and you started the thread...
You might want to ask Nina about it, if you indeed knew nothing about it, since because of your business relationship, she may putting you at risk, as well as herself, for copyright infringement.
