Google agrees with you but Yahoo and ASK do follow "no follow" links so your page may get indexed but the weight of the link is discounted on Yahoo. ASK does not recognize (or did not if they have changed things recently) the "no follow" tag so ASK sees a link tagged "no follow" the same way it sees a regular link. With MSN I have no clue though.
