There's a difference between intentionally killing people and collateral damage during war. Hence, the whole criminal justice system is based on "intent". If you accidentally ran over somebody with your car on your way to work, the accident is not equivalent to murder now is it? You're obviously logically challenged if you can sit here and say that the United States Military is out there intentionally killing innocent people for the joy of it.
