Sorry maybe I'm a little slow lol but could you spell it out a little more please.
$50/sale - I assume is pre conversion?
$1/confirmed email ($20 per ccard auth) - I take it this is more like the pay per signup. 20 per signup plus $1 for confirmed emails and don't use fully signup with their cc? Does this go up with bulk per period such as the other pay per signup programs? Interesting concept.
