I know posts about webcam have been made before which is how I found most of the sites. I am trying to decipher what sites are actual PPSignup not PPSale. Most seem to be Paid Per Sale as when the surfer buys credits. I am trying to find more like clickcash.com where you get Paid Per Signup. Some of the sites don't seem to spell it out in their FAQ too well.

If the standard in more like PaidPerSale can someone post who seems to convert your signups the best? Like does good follow up to get them active for you.
