We are about to launch a new site and had a custom CMS designed for us which works great except for the video compression module which uses FFMPEG. We definately need our setting tweaked and tested since the output we are getting now is not good at all.

We are very willing to compensate for your help and expertise but need to get this done like YESTERDAY!
