Stretch marks are hereditary - I have HORRIBLE ones from my pregnancy. But honestly, they were worth it and no one has ever complained
Hell, most 40+ year old guys I see have more stretch marks than I have.
As far as the "bagginess" - that can be fixed easily with a tummy tuck. That lady on TV who had the sextuplets had a funky looking stomach and a plastic surgeon's wife saw her on TV and got her husband to work on her for free and she has the stomach of a 16 year old
