Above all, I value loyalty and honesty in a partner. The "I'll step in front of the bullet for someone I love and never turn on them no matter what" type of loyalty, not the modern culture definition of loyalty. Honesty in the "even if it hurts, I'm going to tell you the truth", radical honesty, "I love you too much to lie to you kind".
Shallow, un-interesting women with small thoughts and ideas, they're just not going to do it.
She should be perspicacious, spontaneous, funny, involved, deep, thoughtful, sensual, passionate and sexy. The kind of girl who can go from jean shorts and a bathing suit top during the day to a "damn baby" dress for a nice business dinner that night. She'll be comfortable and have fun at our shows and have all the brains and class for mainstream business too.
