Well, in the original plans of the house, there is an optional bedroom in the loft. Since we didn't got for that option, it's just a big open area. So there is plenty of room and the plan that I've been kicking around in my head seems like a winner. But I still have to get my backyard going before I can even start on that.
A new house is a lot more work than I initially thought.
