Details:

I had about 17 DVs sent out to Steve in order to be encoded. Date sent out: Dec 3rd.
Steve requested prepay for the first batch. No problem. I assumed he was straight up due to him owning the content site and some people doing biz with him ( BIG MISTAKE!)

Paypalled: $950.

Second batch sent... and paypalled $650.

This was 3 fucking months ago. 3 fucking months!!!! After endless excuses, sending a wrong set of encoded content via wrong carrier to wrong address (blamed on his assistant) and countless phonecalls to his house where either him, his wife, his mom or whoever had to come up with excuses where he was, why my content wasn't shipped etc.., I have finished trying.

I am on the phone with VISA and Paypal to have the transactions reversed. If they won't, then I will pay whoever takes the time to visit Steve Howe at his Imperial, CA, US residence and collect this $1700 for me.
