If you had a fucking brain it was the SUPREME COURT that made this decision not Congress. And if you weren't a moron you'd know that 7 of the 9 justices including 3 of the 5 that ruled in the majority were appointed by REPUBLICAN presidents. So what this has to do with "liberals" and "democrats" is beyond me. We've only had 2 Democratic presidents since 1969, Carter and Clinton, and Carter never got to appoint anyone to the SCOTUS and Clinton appointed 2. Democrats have only controlled the White House for 12 of the last 39 years yet seem to get blamed for everything that's fucked up. Huh?
