thats the same CA number on all their links and the same CA number in the join form for new affiliates

I think you are mistaken in your accusation.....
Things might be working now but yesterday the CA number was as Perlover posted and affiliates ID's were not showing up on the source code of the join page. CA=924022 was what was on the source page as well.
