http://LesbianRecruiters.com (watch for pop ups) for example has a female who is the star of the series picking up girls at the beach and elsewhere so there is a premise and a pickup like a reality site and it has camera acknowledgment as the girls look over and ask what is with the camera so I would call that a lesbian "reality" site where the girls do some impromptu acting.

If they all started out on a couch dressed in slutty outfits talking to each other and the cameraman using their stage names like "okay here we are ready for the porn shoot", then I would call it gonzo instead. But I wouldn't put a whole lot of stock in such distinctions really.
