2. Blog with the highest overall quality The blog containing the most quality posts and providing the best value for its readers. Factors such as regular updates, writing style and attention to niche are considered.
I am not going to announce everyone that is involved in nominating or judging because responsibility for the site lies with me... so for all intents and purposes... I am the judge.
