My main advice, avoid Fisherman warf!!!!!, youll be there for a few minutes waitng for the alcatraz boat, & unless you like panhandlers or refigerator magnet shoping, Or want to see 10 thousand buss tour asians & their cameras, skip it. Oh but there is a great place to see sealions between the warf & alcatraz docks. Also GET YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE!!!!!!! Golden gate is cool, visit palce of fine arts & golden gate park while your in that area. Haight Ashbury good place to hang for street shoping & peopel watching. Chinese food cookie factory, Lombard street, & Transamerica building are worth while too. San Fracisco Museum of modern art, is cool to if your into that sort of thing, the exhibits can really be hit or miss though. but if you take anything from this post make sure its, BUY YOUR ALCATRAZ TICKETS IN ADVANCE!
