Could be good, and bad... How are the 3 strikes being verified by Hadopi?
Are they going to use it to start further censoring beyond pirating? What if I had a competitor report my site as an illegal, or pirate site just to ruffle feathers?
I like that something is being done about piracy, but let's not let it get to scary huh?
