Drive her to a battered womens shelter. Let her know that if she doesnt take the help, that you arent interested in it anymore. Sucks, but people who come to you with horrible problems then refuse to take your help are just spinning in circles asking you to watch, but never DO anything about it. Life is too short for that. Not only are there more suitable boyfriends out there in the world, there are also more suitable friends. Either way she's losing one, time to come to grips with reality for all three of you.
