Start with your vast over simplifications...
"95% of the sites are the same."
"Everyone is suffering."
"Everyone's sales and ratios are going down"

So start with the use of 'all', 'everyone', 'never' and 'always', and how you should not use them in your over simplifications. Many of us have grown every year while others are hurting.
