When I moved.. I wanted to get things working ASAP..

Well once I got things working.. i wanted to fine tuning and optimizing of my boxs.

Things like ip tables and hardening, squid or snort rule configuring, apache conf tuning, ffmpeg custom conf, ruby on rail ( or even non-apache tuning).

Franks stuff along with Righthosting.. you just can't go wrong. i think the longest I have wait for a ticket reply ( non-emergency) is like 30 mins..
