If it were a terrible location maybe even half of that. If it were a good location maybe only a little less. But the utilities would cost way more here. For a modern house (I don't mean an old farm house with no insulation) here that is just about 4000 sqft it costs $500 a month for air and heat if you average it out over a year. I guess yours would be $750 here.
