I guess that rules out a sex change, lol. I always love getting regional pricing info. It fascinates me. Your house would cost less here. Depending on location I can't really say how much less. If it were a terrible location maybe even half of that. If it were a good location maybe only a little less. But the utilities would cost way more here. For a modern house (I don't mean an old farm house with no insulation) here that is just about 4000 sqft it costs $500 a month for air and heat if you average it out over a year. I guess yours would be $750 here.
