How about you don't make the wrong move in the first place? fair enough some desicions are hard, but the ones we have seen time and time before are just for greed sake and fraud purposes. yet they are welcomed back with open arms if they apologise.
Out of all the industries out there, this is the most bizarre. Not just this scenario, but all of them we see. It's the only industry I know of where people will work against their well-being for some social perks. Where having a beer bought for you is worth more than thousands of dollars.

Maybe the industry is filled more with people who have social problems and have a need for acceptance. I'm not even trying to make a joke about it either. It's just an odd observation. Almost all the other industries I work in people just care about making more money. Here it's about who can get message board props.
