The person in control of the kitchen is usually a master chef. Everyone follows his orders, but he knows his shit. He walks the walk and talks the talk. He is a master chef. Applied to the president, you should not have the power to send anyone off to war unless you have come through the ranks and have earned the right to make the call to send boys into harms way. YOU make the call, not advisers who are out for their own agenda.
