Best thing to do is to use some redirect script. So instead of linking to
http://sponsor.com/tracking_code
you link to
http://yoursite.com/sponsor_name
which redirects to the first link above. I can set you up with a very simple script to do that very cheap. I use it on my site
http://extramilf.com/blog check every sponsor link to see where it goes
