Most people dont want to watch a porn moive on a phone while in the subway, it does not help them get off, and getting off is what porn is about.

ON top of that, the phones are only now getting to the technology that is worth using it, and sadly lawsuits and arrests will keep up with that, for someone viewing porn in public, and someone else seeing it.
