Depends what "charging" the cop meant. We all know cops love to charge people with shit they didn't really do.
Does charge mean he tried to run the cop over, or does charge mean the guy was just trying to drive past the cop who told him to stop.
My bet would be the second, considering the guy likely just wanted to get to his house.
