Our 2 affiliate programs, http://www.2Muchcash.com (Video chat software), and http://www.lcncash.com (end-user video chat with hot girls) each have 50% PPS, just like many of the "big guys" out there.

If you are currently promoting a video chat system and are happy with them (with no interest or need to change), what could we (or any small company do for that matter) do, marketing-wise, to either lure you away, or promote us as you do the big companies?

I'm just a noob here, so take my input with a grain of salt... maybe two.

I don't know of many... well, any programs that offer live chat software. Though the latter of your affiliate programs is adult-related, it would be a case of tunnel vision if you were _only_ trying to recruit affiliates from the adult arena to push your video chat software. It seems like this is a product that straddles the mainstream/adult border, and so, personally, I think GFY and other adult boards would be a secondary source for affiliates and my main marketing attempts would be vigorously targeted toward sources of mainstream affiliate marketers. This is not to say that GFY is composed of webmasters who promote purely adult products and run purely adult sites, but I feel that the multitude of individuals here are more apt to selling the sexy chicks on the other end rather than the software that brings her onto your monitor.

Also, I can imagine that there aren't many individuals that are familiar with how your software works, how it can enhance the experience of the end-user, and more importantly, how it can enrich the business potential for any prospective customers. Offering some sort of informative marketing primer could very well accomplish several goals -- the most important of which would be to give an affiliate confidence in spending time and money on promoting your product because they'll then understand it, understand who to wants it, and with this proper ammunition they can develop a game plan that will surely yield sales.

If you wanted to take this one step further, then you could even have someone write a dozen or so articles on the advent of live chat technology, how it increases revenue for whichever companies you'd like to use as examples, and then why your software can do the same (and more). Offer these to affiliates and encourage them to rewrite them for SEO purposes. With these rewritten articles, anyone with a domain and a free template can construct a site to market your product within a day.

As for LCNcash, my best advice would be to have a plethora of marketing tools. XML and RSS feeds, live video feeds, banners galore, catchy and kinky text links, and pre-recorded cam sessions for legal tube users. Hell, you could even offer free credits to top earners.

Speaking of credits, you should lose the dollar signs on LCN. There's a reason why casinos have players use chips rather than dollar bills.

Good luck!
