Well, i don't care if in epass working loosers or guys who just do shit, everytime when i get problems i contact Michael and he sorts out problems really fast and in professional manner. I have raised my limits to 1.5k per day without any problems. So i don't care about their support staff as long as i know at least one guy who is working there hard and are always happy to help with their services.
