If it seems to good (which it does) then it probably is. A great hoax, but none the less a hoax. The whole process of extracting hydrogen from water requires a lot more effort then just some plastic tubes and a thingey on your carb.
And if it really were real, why dont the car industry already use it. If the oil companies supressed it, how come they havent just thrown a few million at this guy to shut him up? It doesnt make sense so it isnt real.
However you can get hydrogen cars where the hydrogen fuel the chemical reaction in a battery powering an electric engine that in turn runs the car. Far more plausible idea, and they actually work.
