Perhaps you can answer these few questions for me and everyone else? (Consider this free advertising!)

Sorry if this post seems rude, I don't mean it to be. I just think its time that you came clean with everyone. This might be a good chance to clear your name and to help out your employee Claire ("Promo Claire") who is obviously struggling here.

After your post, everyone will then know what kinds of services you offer, how much you charge for those services, and how everyone can be helped by your services, hopefully ending the hate threads once in for all.
