It's definitely shady business, and they know it! Pretty lame.
I hope they've seen a dent in their traffic from the drama, but the truth is, if you're making good money with someone, it's hard to pull down your links. I bet if someone like Shap complained, they'd be paying this guy in a heartbeat though.
