Several years ago, a 16 year old came to me and offered herself as a nude model. In the business I'm in, I won't even touch "tasteful nudes" of underage girls. However, I agreed to shoot her in clothes just to keep her on the line (when she turned 18, I took some of my best black and whites of her).
The ironic part is that while she was 16 and posing for clothed shots, she changed right in front me, which was legal. However, had I taken pictures of her nude, it might have meant serious trouble.
The laws in this country are weird.
