And besides, 16 and 17 year old girls may be legally underage, and maybe even pedophilia laws can be applied to things happening to 16 and 17 year olds. But as a psychological phenomenon, "pedophilia" really apply to prepubescent kids and early teens going through the early stages of puberty. Once a girl gets tits and a bush, she no longer appeals to real pedophiles.
