Maybe you should be more specific about the admin job.
You need someone to just keep them running?
Or someone to respond to tickets and install/add/fix server issues?
Or someone to debug processes in case of trouble?
...or everything that comes with the job...? If so - I think you need 2 or 3 admins for 15 servers.
