It's not a waste of time if there is a serious offer, "serious offer" = one who has money willing to spend it for the site. If no one buys it I will keep the site. It is new so there is no PR on it.
Example:
If you see a car you want so bad and you go look at it, but there are 5 others standing around it, you place an offer on the spot, then you deal with the particulars later. The 5 people will do one of two things, either place an offer themselves or split.
Rev:
The only rev coming into this site is adbrite (which is slim), donations, and various affiliate programs listed under the videos in the large 728x90 banner area (mostly adult friend finder) I get many sign ups. I have gotten over $500 in donations alone sense the site started from youtube people that donated for their videos to be placed on the site. Why would I lie about it? Express the fact that your interested in the site by emailing me and I will prove the rev. Or at least prove the paypal donations within the last month or so anyway.
You either want the site or you don't, weather the site is valuable or not to you, you still have to take in consideration that users that come to the site watch all the videos. This means they stay on the page until most videos are over 2-10 minutes. This is your selling point when selling ads for the site.
