Just like the past attempts, you have too much opportunity for corruption and control.
Put frankly, I would not trust 'the bros' with my interests. Based on what I have seen in over a decade on the net, there is no way in hell I would trust these guys with my business interests.
You do not have to go far in the thought process to realize with today's dropping ratios for
some 'bro' companies, and loss of sales, they would tip the scale to put them in a better position than smaller companies, and mom and pops.
Put bluntly can't think of a single 'big guy' who has the
whole adult industry's best interest at heart. We've seen time and again people on the boards, and around, who would stab their grandma in the back for a nickel... zango, tubes, traffic sources, content and so on.
Yeah, these are not the people I would trust my livelihood to.
While your position makes sense in theory. I simply do not think it's going to be a realistic possibility you will get the industry to, as a whole, endorse.
