The general view is that operating as a "virtual studio" does not work because the models will almost always quickly discover that they can take their "agent" out of the picture and work direct for the cam site(s) involved, this usually takes less than a month on average according to the "pros". Hopefully it works out for you, but you have an very step uphill battle infront of you in my opinion
