I also think that is a bit judgemental and quick to decide specially before an autopsy. What if it was a clot, what if it was just cholesterol blockage (not just fat people), weak heart muscle, bad valve, and the list could go on.

That is so very true. While in general, obesity increases the chance of a heart attack, let's not turn a higher probability into a verdict here. It's not only about what you look like on the outside, but also how well things are working on the inside.
