Listen I know a lot of people who have taken courses and have degrees in things and are still completely clueless.
Re-Read your post again about ALL kids doing it and it's normal blah blah blah... and yes you can stop them from kissing and hugging and touching..
I kno exactly how little kids are they tend to let the touching and hugging linger for a bit too long cause they don't get it and need to be told.
A lot of the time you get the lil boy he runs up gives a kiss and runs away.. and it's cute and innocent.. that shit is fine.. but what you are describing and what the o.p described is not..
You hear cases off little boys being charged with sexual assault now.. for reasons like this..
This is just like kids saying FUCK people laugh and think it's cute so the kid says it every 2 seconds..
