For starters, add a blog to the site where you talk about each photoshoot. Throw in some random details about the experience (e.g. for an outdoors shoot "it was so cold - but so much fun", a dress-up shoot "my favorite outfit was ...", etc), and make it seem as if the model is really into it. Emphasize the fun side, not the sexual side (unless it's a hardcore site), otherwise your members will realize it's you writing, not the model.
Maybe add a forum, post under the model's name, and post "casual" amateurish-looking pics there occasionally (non-nude pre-shoot pics will work fine). Always be friendly and cheerful, and act like compliments are basically what you (that is to say, the model) live for.
